This warehouse and office project was based on a design and contruct basis. The project was fast-tracked and delivered on time to the client in an extremely tight time frame. The warehouse and offices was split over 12,485m2. Global provided VRF ducted systems, warehouse smoke exhaust systems and mechanical ventilation systems
